Terms & Conditions Agreement

RENTAL AGREEMENT This Rental Agreement ("Agreement") is entered into by and between the undersigned client ("Client") and PlayroomTX ("Company") for the rental and use of soft play equipment and/or bounce house (collectively, "Equipment") under the following terms and conditions: Intended Use and Age Restrictions The soft play equipment is intended exclusively for children up to six (6) years old. Use by individuals outside this age range is strictly prohibited. Assumption of Risk and Liability PlayroomTX shall not be held liable for any injuries, accidents, or damages sustained during the use or rental of the Equipment. All use is at the Client's sole risk. Capacity Limitations For safety reasons, it is recommended that no more than ten (10) children use the soft play area at any given time, and no more than five (5) children use the bounce house simultaneously. Client Responsibility for Damages The Client shall be fully responsible for any damage to the Equipment occurring during the rental period while under their supervision or care. In the event of damage, the Client agrees to cover the full cost of repair or replacement. The Client shall retain any damaged Equipment upon payment. Condition of Equipment By signing this Agreement, the Client acknowledges receipt of the Equipment in good working order and in acceptable physical condition. Optional Supervision Services Upon request, PlayroomTX may provide a staff member to supervise the Equipment during the rental period at an additional charge of $15 per hour. This representative will assist in enforcing safety guidelines; however, neither PlayroomTX nor its representatives shall be held liable for any incidents involving children (e.g., falls, altercations) or third parties interacting with the Equipment. Cancellations and Rescheduling PlayroomTX does not offer refunds. However, Clients may reschedule their event if a cancellation notice is provided at least forty-eight (48) hours in advance. Rescheduling is subject to availability and weather conditions. Weather-Related Postponements In the event of adverse weather conditions, both parties agree to coordinate a mutually acceptable new event date. If no agreement is reached, the Client shall be entitled to a refund of the deposit. Same-Day Rental Extension If the Client wishes to extend the rental time on the day of the event, the Client must notify PlayroomTX at least one (1) hour in advance. All extensions are subject to availability and existing scheduling. Soft Play + Bounce House: $100 per additional hour Soft Play only: $80 per additional hour Bounce House only: $30 per additional hour Late Notice Rental Extension If the Client requests a rental extension after PlayroomTX staff have already arrived to retrieve the Equipment, a late notice fee will apply. All extensions are subject to availability and may only be approved if no other events are scheduled during the requested time. Soft Play + Bounce House: $150 per additional hour (includes $50 late notice penalty) Soft Play only: $130 per additional hour (includes $50 late notice penalty) Bounce House only: $80 per additional hour (includes $50 late notice penalty)
